Washington got his introduction in big band music in 2006 when he worked with Gerald Wilson Orchestra for their album In My Time. Washington has many achievements in the music world, like playing the saxophone on Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp a Butterfly. He recently released his second studio album, Heaven and Earth. “Street Fighter Mas” is one of my favorite enchanting tracks off the album and yes it is actually inspired by the game Street Fighter.
