Her voice is one that the music industry hasn’t really heard until recently. With features from Tyler, the Creator, and Major Lazer at the beginning of her career to The Gorillaz and Bootsy Collins now, it is strange that everyone slept on her talent at first. But it’s no wonder because her first release was not quite as star-studded as her follow up, which made up for it in all senses.
